5x5 Uncustomized Wigz: 2-5 Business Days 

Raw Wigz: 1-3 Business Days 

Custom Wigz: 21-28 Business Days

(Shipping times & Processing times are not the same)

Bundles of hair, and Custom Wigs are not eligible for a return.

Please note, we are NOT responsible for any improperly fit units if you fail to send in your correct head measurement size. If you choose to return your unit due to improper fit, please know there is a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

BellaLyn Hair Co. is NOT responsible for any damaged, delayed or lost packages once it is in the shipping couriers possession.
